1. I bought this game for my son for Christmas we watch the chase regularly and very excited about playing it. However this game is absolutely terrible it says eight years plus but I’m 53 and I’m not stupid that wasn’t one question I could answer it took us an hour to set it up and play we gave up in the end it’s absolutely terrible would never buy again or recommend it to anybody so I’m sending it back very disappointed as it was a Christmas present my son was very disappointed ! 
2. Very disappointed. Was spending Christmas with friends. Always on Christmas Night we play some sort of quiz game. I bought The Chase game as we all enjoy it on TV. Mid evening, we decided to give it a go. After 45 minutes struggling to make sense of the instructions. and the 'tokens' we gave up. None of the paper parts seemed to work. Extremely disappointing. Returned for refund.
   
   Four reasonably intelligent adults (one of them a winning contestant on TV game of The Chase) struggled with it for about 45 minutes, then just gave up. Definitely wouldn't recommend it, returned to Amazon with explanation on day after Boxing Day, refund arrived within about 5 days - pretty good for this time of year..  
3. We bought this at Christmas and played it quite a few times. It’s similar to the tv programme and the questions are varied so not too hard but the odd challenge, I’d say the level is spot on for a family game.
   The reason I only gave it four stars is that the rules are quite complex and after playing the game a couple of times we decided to adapt them. Our new rules made the game smoother, quicker and easier to play. The rules in the box are not only difficult to follow but we thought made the game needlessly longer and less straight forward.
   All in all it was lots of fun and I am glad that we bought it.
