1. Had a couple of issues with mine so called the manufacturer to complain. They told me they'd made improvements to the dye and gloves and sent me a replacement one. Was still quite sceptical so made sure we put down a sheet while we were doing it. The dye bottles come with a funnel so you can mix the colours up really easily and my 6 year old daughter was able to put all the colours in the orb by herself with no spills. Long wait for the clothes to dry but the tshirts we made look fab! Would definitely recommend. 
2. My granddaughter had this for Christmas but we’ve only just got round to doing it and that’s the only reason it isn’t going back. If we’d done it earlier in the year it would have been returned. The first item we did worked well but the second and third were anything but mess free since the dome leaked from the join and two of the one way valves became two way and also leaked. We were also unable to stop the dye running however many times the items were rinsed so if she ever wears them I hope she doesn’t get hot or wet. The only good thing was that she enjoyed doing it so that’s the one star. The whole kit has now gone in the bin and should she want to tie die in the future we’ll do it the old fashioned way!  
3. My grandaughter had so much fun with this on her birthday. I sent her three T shirts (of course, otherwise it's like leaving out the batteries a toy needs to work) with it. Her mum kept a watchful eye and ensured it was all done in the bathroom just in case of spillages. The look on her face in the photo her mum sent me, wearing her newly tie-dyed T shirt with the biggest smile, said it all.
